DEA requirements for Class II controlled substances such as Carfentanil citrate and Etorphine HCl apply:

• Purchaser must hold a current DEA license with appropriate drug class approvals
• Placement on the Approved Carfentanil/Etorphine User's List
• Submission of a completed DEA 222 form
